The dealership helped and did everything they could to resolve my issues, but I am not happy with my GM truck. After spending the amount of money I spent I should not have any problems especially power steering issues. There’s only 4000 miles on the vehicle

told you our battery could be bad, and you agreed so you charged us to tell us our battery was bad, then we had a coupon for oil change and left it home, you had no problem taking it anyway before and now you don't, well we are done will never come back thanks for nothing , we have bought two vehicles there but again we will not return

Regarding the coupon, certain oil change offers require verification, as many times our prices are already equal to or lower than GM’s promotions, and some coupons are excluded from oil change services. Isaak Hall is always so nice. I had the PVC hose on the valve cover replaced. That caused the check engine light to go on. Everyone at Parsons is nice and helpful too. The lady in the office later worked on me getting mygmrewards points added from service work done weeks ago and on Octoiber 31st too. I wasn't treated very well by the guy at GM on the phone, but the people at Parsons of Antigo are always the best to make my day. Thank you so much!

Kelly Montgomery assisted me with answering all questions I had in regards to possibly purchasing a new vehicle. He provided me with detailed information on costs of accessories, extended warranty, and general fees included. The best overall purchase experience I have had !! Within 30 minutes of looking for a truck for me and realizing in arrived in your lot that day, he sent me as much info as I needed to make a decision on buying the new truck. I had previously sat at another dealer for almost 2 hours and wasn’t given the same attention, he provided me with the answers I needed to pull the pin on purchasing a rather large vehicle purchase. Overall, I will be purchasing future vehicles from this Parsons, along with their service department I am 100% satisfied.

Sales Rep Kelly Mattek was very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. She was great to work with. The individual who checked over the vehicle when it arrived at Parsons did not find the fact that it vibrates at 40 to 60 mph. Assuming its an alignment issue, I have an appointment to bring it in next week for service. That's a service appointment and inconvenience at one week of ownership.

I never am never unsatisfied with the service. I had a new set of tires put on the truck and the tire pressure sensors on two of the tires started recording incorrect pressures when I returned home, (Onstar), which will require a return trip. That being said, the gauge said pressure was good.

Sorry not understanding! Before I picked up the car, the insurance said there was a 700.00 balance of a supplement that needed to be paid for that the estimate was still wrong,that State Farm would pay. All was ok when I picked up the car and it ran good,but on about a week later, I received from State Farm another which they did pay, another supplement of 2,199.12 which brought the cost of the vehicle 6,388.36! How can that be the car was fixed and paid for, a week ago? I’m glad State Farm paid but it leaves me wonder why wasn’t I told this!

Most of the time, supplements take a bit to process—often even after the repairs have already been completed. The service engine light message was a minor fix. The people in the service department always take care of my vehicles and do a great job Then, to end my visit to Parsons, I had a good talk with Jeff Schielke who is the body shop manager, but he is even better at customer service! I was charged $950 for a thermostat replacement on my 2017 Chev Colorado Z71 This seemed quite high to me, but the service manager said this was a flat rate job of 4 hours. I left the vehicle for the night because it needed an oil change also. Less than 2 hours later they call me to say it was ready to be picked up, which happened to be just before they closed, so I picked it up the next morning. Essentially, I was charged $832.50 in labor for a thermostat change that took maybe an hour and 15 to 20 minutes, not the 4 hours stated initially.This seems like an excessive charge. This make me a very unhappy customer, and I have been a GM/ Parsons customer for a long time. It appears that there is some overcharging going on, or the flat rate is incorrect. Good experience. Cody Gable checked things over on the SUV I brought in....along with the oil change and tire rotation. He tested the battery too to reassure me as a few weeks back, I left the rear door open overnight, thinking that would harm the battery. Thank you for a job well done!

When it comes to everyday type service, this time was just like many in the past-- friendly, courteous, timely performance. But when it comes to Parsons getting help from GM things suck. I been dealing with a truck lighting issue for almost two years and still. not resolved. Also had the lifters fail a few years back. No help from GM when there are many customers with the problem. Also the transmission does not shift smoothly on many occasions. Not happy with GM. This will probably be my last GM product. Not a happy camper!

After getting oil change I was told by technician that everything looked good and good to go handed a receipt that it was free because it was first oil change after purchasing truck. After reading through paperwork there apparently is a small oil leak on back of engine. I took it in to different Chevy dealer and it will be covered under warranty. With that being said it is a large and expensive job which wouldn’t have been covered if I didn’t find out until my next oil chamge.
