My wife brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the computer reprogrammed for newly installed driving lights. She was told it would take about an hour. A little after an hour had passed she asked when it would be done and was told all that was left to do was rotate the tires, so it would be done soon. After over another hour had passed she again asked how much longer it would be since she had to get back to work. She was then told they were still would on programming the CPU for the new lights. She had to be back to work and had to leave without the work being completed. I was charged $167 for the CPU to be reprogrammed, which the lights still don’t work. It was stated on the invoice that we declined to procede further as they claim there is a wiring issue. She had to leave to get back to work. Had we known it was going to take so long we would’ve left it for the day. The woman working the service desk that was rude to her when she said to stop because she had to leave.

Very friendly and waiting when i arrived. They asked if I needed tires rotated and i said could you check them for me, Soon they notified me that my truck was ready to go. The mention that the tread was good, but tires were starting to wear uneven. I asked about a alignment. They said that they could help me out with that. I'm glad i keep having all my service work completed by Parsons for both my vehicles. We feel save taking a trip across the country.

We were met immediately upon arrival and the oil change was done when they said it would be. My husband neglected to mention that he was having problems with the car starting even though he had the key fob in his pocket. The car would not start right away for the technician either. They checked it out and put in a new battery. Very thankful for that.

Had a appointment for my truck At 8am. I arrived at 7:45 and the associate met me by my truck and covered what they were doing with my truck. Our experience started with your body shop (deer collision). They were great to work with, fast, and their work was stunning - the damaged areas looked factory new. Then we had both of our vehicles at the service department. They repaired everything, including a most irritating issue that another repair shop couldn't resolve. When we decided to buy a new car Kelly and Tom in Sales were great to work with. Kelly looked for available cars at other locations and explained all of our options. We felt that she was there to truly help us - with our best interests being most important. When it came time to order a car Tom clearly explained the costs and ordering process, and made the experience very comfortable. It was a most comfortable buying experience.

I had a second alignment done with a new set of tires in less than a year. I explained to the dealership that I work from home and do not put on a ton of miles as I was upset that all four tires, as they do get rotated, where bald on the inside. He told me that if it was from the first alignment that they completed, that they would take care of me. I received a bill for full price, and I did not see anything on the alignment that could cause to concern of a bad part or something way out of whack from hitting something. I know the first alignment was done wrong, as my fuel mileage went way down from the get go. I dearly disappointed in the dealership.

Isaak Hall is always so nice. I had the PVC hose on the valve cover replaced. That caused the check engine light to go on. Everyone at Parsons is nice and helpful too. The lady in the office later worked on me getting mygmrewards points added from service work done weeks ago and on Octoiber 31st too. I wasn't treated very well by the guy at GM on the phone, but the people at Parsons of Antigo are always the best to make my day. Thank you so much!

I was charged $950 for a thermostat replacement on my 2017 Chev Colorado Z71 This seemed quite high to me, but the service manager said this was a flat rate job of 4 hours. I left the vehicle for the night because it needed an oil change also. Less than 2 hours later they call me to say it was ready to be picked up, which happened to be just before they closed, so I picked it up the next morning. Essentially, I was charged $832.50 in labor for a thermostat change that took maybe an hour and 15 to 20 minutes, not the 4 hours stated initially.This seems like an excessive charge. This make me a very unhappy customer, and I have been a GM/ Parsons customer for a long time. It appears that there is some overcharging going on, or the flat rate is incorrect. I never am never unsatisfied with the service. I had a new set of tires put on the truck and the tire pressure sensors on two of the tires started recording incorrect pressures when I returned home, (Onstar), which will require a return trip. That being said, the gauge said pressure was good.

Sorry not understanding! Before I picked up the car, the insurance said there was a 700.00 balance of a supplement that needed to be paid for that the estimate was still wrong,that State Farm would pay. All was ok when I picked up the car and it ran good,but on about a week later, I received from State Farm another which they did pay, another supplement of 2,199.12 which brought the cost of the vehicle 6,388.36! How can that be the car was fixed and paid for, a week ago? I’m glad State Farm paid but it leaves me wonder why wasn’t I told this!

We are so sorry for the confusion, Cheryl. We completely understand how frustrating situations like this can be. Most of the time, supplements take a bit to process—often even after the repairs have already been completed. When we file a supplement, we aren’t always sure when it will be approved, but we should have communicated that to you ahead of time. Thank you again for your business and for your patience.
